In this spirit our Sauvignon Blanc captures the fresh and clean flavours of gooseberries,
currants, capsicum and hints of lime. Refreshingly dry it is to be enjoyed with your favourite
summer food.
Pale straw in colour, our Chardonnay has aromas of ripe stone- fruit with subtle oak. The palate
is rich and balanced with generous layered flavours of stone-fruit and citrus, that gives the
wine a lovely mouth-feel and length.
This Chardonnay is a perfect accompaniment to a delicious risotto to, warm lamb and feta salad,
or a spicy Asian stir-fry.
Warm subtle stonefruit flavours with hints of citrus help keep this Pinot Gris soft textured with mouth-watering complexity, without being sweet and too overpowered by light honey notes.
